Thanks for your interest in Applewood Baptist Church!
We are a group of believers meeting together in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, where the church was established in 1960. We are aligned with the Southern Baptist Convention and are an autonomous body.
What you can expect on your first visit:
Our worship center is located on the south side of 32nd Avenue, with a large education building and more parking on the north side of the street. Sunday school classes meet in both buildings at 9:30 a.m. every Sunday. You can download a building map here.
We are not a formal group - casual dress is just fine.
Our worship services are on Sundays at 8:00 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. with Sunday school for all ages at 9:30 a.m.
Kids' church, Powerstation WKS, is at 10:45 every Sunday for kids in grades K-3. Powerstation WKS meets in the north building on the main level, in rooms 202-203.
Preschool child care for ages birth through pre-kindergarten is offered during all worship services. Preschool Sunday school classes meet during the Sunday school hour.
