D6Kids is based on the scripture found in Deuteronomy 6:4-6 “Hear, O Israel! The LORD is our God, the LORD is one! You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. These words, which I am commanding you today, shall be on your heart.”
We take seriously the words to acknowledge God as the only true God and we are committed to teaching your children how to walk through this life loving God with everything they think, say and do!
Deuteronomy 4:7-9 gives parents this mandate: “You shall teach them (the commands from verses 4-6) diligently to your sons and shall talk of them when you sit in your house and when you walk by the way and when you lie down and when you rise up. You shall bind them as a sign on your hand and they shall be as frontals on your forehead. You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.”
We recognize that you as a parent will influence your child on a daily basis, not just on Sundays! Therefore, we are committed to providing you with the tools and support you need to teach and model a relevant relationship with Christ before your children in your home, in the car, at the park- everywhere you go!
We look forward to partnering with you to disciple your children to make an impact on the world for Jesus Christ.
All D6 Children's programs meet in the new Children's Ministry Center, which is the east wing of the south building.
We have chosen KidCheck to help us keep our children and staff safe. You can register your family before you arrive, and check-in will be quick and simple.
